Peko is a food truck that serves traditional Japanese cuisine in bento boxes as well as makes its own drinks. The food truck has handcrafted sushi and a diverse menu for all to love. The word Peko in Japanese means the sound of an empty stomach which fits perfectly for a quick-bite food truck. Using the traditional red color signifying Japan, the pattern and color of the pattern are representational of salmon scales.
